Booking and Scheduling

Service requests can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. Once we receive your inquiry, we will confirm availability and provide a quote based on your specific needs. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we do our best to arrive on time, please note that schedules may change due to weather conditions or urgent service calls. If any changes occur, we will inform you as early as possible.

Prices and Payment

All prices are clearly communicated before the start of any service. Charges are based on the type of service, property size, frequency, and any additional requirements. Payments can be made by bank transfer or any method agreed upon in advance. Invoices are issued after service completion or as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may lead to additional fees or suspension of further services until the balance is cleared.

In case of emergencies or force majeure (e.g. storms, illness), we reserve the right to reschedule services.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the property on the scheduled service day. Any hazardous conditions or risks (e.g. loose wires, pets, or sharp tools) should be reported in advance.

We are not liable for damages caused by undisclosed risks or obstacles.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damages caused by third-party tools, systems, or weather

  • Service interruptions beyond our control

  • Minor cosmetic damages unless caused by gross negligence

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service delivery.
